Seemed friendly and honest enough at first, and cheap, it all looked promising - but unfortunetely they completely mis-diagnosed a job and replaced the wrong part even after I told them precisely what the problem was, and the parts they installed the first time are faulty yet they are in denial. Sadly cant be trusted - and dare I say it a bit incompetent
Used them for recovery on a Sunday night, nice and simple with no fuss! They will be in my phone book from now on
Used them for a number of years with no problem, but then they replaced the bearing on the wrong wheel when it was obvious which one was generating the noise and on its way out. Gave me a whopping 15 mins of labour time discount and took an age to sort it out. Im still unsure whether to put it down to incompetence or malevolence, but either way I won't be using them again.
From initial call to getting the job done was simple. I can recommend these guys.
