Well customer service is lacking from the phone to the lady behind the desk.The lady dentist my children see has no children skills what's so ever to the point my 15 year old daughter left in tears. And then I was told I would be an un fit mother if I didn't pay privetley for my CHILD'S treatment.We no longer go hear..
My daughters filling came off after not even 6months of treatment. Called them on Friday at 3:45pm but the practice was closed! When we did manage to get in I was held a long lecture about not giving snacks to kids. When I explained that she only eats fruits and veggies Ive been told that fruits contain a lot of sugar so Im guessing all in all dont use your teeth too much if you wish to register here.
Practice supposed to open at 8am today its a Friday. Its now 9.05am . Im in agony with a tooth ache not a service . Getting fed up now .
just found out that you have to go every year to stay on the books, which is not what i was told at my last appointment. It is March 2018 and the soonest appointment they can offer is November. 'nuff said.
