A good cheap shop has a variety of items and accessories they also have an upstairs area with home items. There is no lift available to get to the 1st floor. Staff are always helpful and friendly

2 or 3 weeks ago I spent a considerable amount in this shop, Including 3x garden lights, 3 for 5...2 of the lights didn't work so I took them back today, I hadn't got a receipt but as they were faulty I only wanted to exchange. I was told I couldn't do this because I had bought the last 3! I wasn't offered a compromise at all.I was in hospital so couldn't take them back before now. On principle I won't rest until I get this sorted.
