Asked them to deliver a bouquet and chocs to my sister as our eldest Sister's funeral was last Thursday - not only was the delivery made by lunch time but the bouquet contained local flowers too and my sister was delighted with them - Caroline was a star and I wouldn't use anyone else .

We hired the team at Thyme for our summer wedding last week! Everything was perfect from the planning and meetings at the beginning in the run up... to the set up on all three days of our Tipi wedding. Amy and Skye were super helpful in assisting in our visions... and made sure we were happy with everything! My wife was so happy with her bouquet, hair piece and various other elements she received on the day! I have never met such a rude cold lady in all my life. Twice Ive had he misfortune of having to use this place to buy cards for funeral flowers. Today was for my Dad. She watched me struggle to get in the shop with a push chair to start with and the same on the way out. I told her what I wanted and she just handed me a basket of cards. I pointed out there were no grandads in the grandad part, she replied Id just have to look through. She carried on with making her bouquet. I stood struggling for a while and found some I said they were all mixed up and she didnt reply. I asked for sleeves which she got out saying nothing. Asked very rudely whether I was paying cash or card. I said cash please. 1.50 is the reply I got. Wheres the manners, let alone compassion and empathy?. I left feeling like Id done something wrong and even more sad than when I went in was was extremely hard for me. As I said when I started this review this is the second time like this as I had to visit there four weeks ago for my friend. Never again. A customer service course is desperately needed In my opinion. I am so glad Im going elsewhere for the funeral flowers.
