Lovely store&wide variety of all types of furniture.Very friendly&helpful staff.
Excellent! No sales staff following your every move, trying to sell. They are there if you need them, but make it clear they aren't on commission so no pressure. Wouldn't shop anywhere else for furniture now. The prices are on a par with the big boys, or even less. They even have an extremely reasonable disposal charge for your old stuff!!
Helpful and informative sales people without being pushy or overbearing. Very tolerant of my small child running and little kid yelling in the store.
Went in with my daughter to look for beds. As it was during the week before lunch the shop was completely devoid of any customers. Hence, one could think that the staff, who numbered three that I could count, would be more than willing to help us. Whilst they were friendly and greeted us when we came in, not once did anyone approach us to ask if we needed help.After having looked at what we wanted, we were making our way out when again, they bid us goodbye. A most surreal experience. I'm sure they have some very good stuff, mattresses at three grand a pop, it must be good. However, they will not transfer their undoubted friendliness into sales all the time they don't approach potential customers.
