I LOVE Elyte!!! So many great classes with absolutely amazing instructors! As a fat 50 year old, I have never felt intimidated or inadequate and have always been made to feel welcome, important and encouraged. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Amazing.I only spent a week in ely as I was doing some work there. All the classes I went to were great. Instructors push you in the right way, never felt self-conscious about being not good enough (even when I was the only male in a class of 12). The groups of people you meet are all supportive, and aren't resistant to a good laugh in the middle of a hard workout. Loved it, and thanks to all the instructors.
This gym is never over packed. The staff members are all fitness professionals, they are always on hand to help you with what ever you need. They always go above and beyond to please there customers. I love this place.
