As a business we have never used an agency before so this was a new experience for us. We approached Neaves & Neat to assist us and they gave us all the help that we would possibly need to fill our vacancy. They gave us a selection of highly suitable candidates and helped us through the interview process, also offering us the use of their Boardroom for our interviews to ensure privacy and it was a great working space away from our offices. The candidates were great and we were spoilt for choice at the offer stage as we had a number that we could choose from that could do the job. We especially liked the option of 'Temp to Perm' so that we could try out a candidate before offering them a permanent job.
