Can not think of any faults. We always use this car park.
Useful for boaters wanting to meet up with visitors. Car access and parking close to river front is otherwise a bit limited.
Free parking but a bit out of the way and can get congested
Space for about 50 cars. Not tarmac. Beside railway lines and great river Ouse and is about 1/2 mile from (I think it is called Roswell nature reserve) a nature reserve. If you go the other way you go to Ely town center if you stay on Riverside there is a bar/restaurant and a rather large antique centre. Ice-cream van and of course boats on the river.....
Great spot to park to visit Ely, pocket park , the river and the market, and free!
