Having rented a property for over 8 years I can wholeheartedly recommend cheffins. All reasonable requests were dealt with swiftly. When I moved out I was assisted by Jo who could not of been nicer, very helpful and accommodating. Made a stressful situation easier.
Renting house via Cheffins,being tenant for the first time,all I can say is - wonderful way of helping from Cheffins,very professional,every even small thing I asked them,they were there for me,to explain or react. It is visible that whole team have a good and fast way of working,nice to see how Cheffins team is on respective way connected with clients,both,tenants and landlords. I am impressed. Staff seemed uninterested
xcellent service from a very professional agency.Jo in the lettings office is totally on the ball, I get notifications of any intended inspections, and they always attend at the appointed time and date. I had an electrical issue this weekend and literally 20 minutes after my call to the office an electrician knocked on the door and resolved the problem. 10 out of 10!!
An absolutely appalling letting agency from our experience. I can only speak for the letting side of it as we were renting but the service we received was abysmal. They found it acceptable to enter our home to conduct one of their inspections without making us aware and upon ringing them on a Saturday to enquire about getting a plumber in to sort out an issue of no running water in the house was responded with "Can it wait until Monday? Just that anyone we call out will charge a premium." They also find it acceptable to open up our wardrobes to people viewing the house. Only ever use as a last resort.
