Andrew was extremely efficient and responsive in his communication, which made a pleasant change after being let down by another roofer and not having calls returned from others. He turned up when he said he would, turned the quote around quickly and carried out the work in a reasonable timeframe, with unprompted updates when he was delayed on another job. I cannot comment on the quality of the work itself as it was a small roofing repair and I cannot view the job done but we have not seen any more signs of a leak inside. I would certainly use Andrew again.
