Tried free ESOL course which been amazing experience, teachers like Maria is from different world she manage group of foreign people from all over the globe with different backgrounds and levels of English brilliantly. I enjoyed her classes so much that I been looking forward to see what she prepared for us. Her performance is truly spectacular. Thank you so much Maria
This college is a great provider of evening classes for adult learners. Theres a huge selection of courses on offer, from pottery and Pilates to languages and cooking. The teaching is generally of a very high quality, the administrative staff are always friendly and helpful, and theres usually plenty of space in the on-site car park.
This school has had very bad management in recent years but now it has started improving now CMAT's Mr Spencer is in charge I go to this college currently and yes there are some areas lacking improvement but the school is improving and I am looking forward for the changes, since I will still be here when all the major changes will come into place. Also how that it is 2017 I think like many others within the school community that the school is improving. But I disagree with many of the comments made this school has a bad reputation and I can understand why since I have been at the school since miss jenkinson dixs left and never has there been an incident like another student said but most of all this school is doing so much work and quite frankly doing better than all the other schools in the area so cut this school some slack it is no where near as bad as it was.
School likes to move people who get good marks down to bottom sets in English and other core subjects, but people who don't even open test papers or try in classes to top --> 10/10 school when they try to be, but can't set reasonable targets for GCSE students even when they've been out performing them for four years.PS. Pledges days are a waste of time, I'd rather be in normal lessons
