I have been buying from this shop on and off for the last 10 years or so. Always polite and helpful and good quality shoes.I was shocked to see that one star review which sounds pretty far fetched. Firstly the lady who purchased said shoes wore them, scuffed the leather on them and then took them back expecting a refund. Her husband was quite obnoxious and was very threatening to the elderly man serving him and kindly gave them a refund purely because he felt threatened. I hope they never show their faces in the shop again.
Poor quality shoes which were returned the next day. Very agressive, rude and genuinely disgusting behaviour from the shop attendant to a senior citizen witnessed by other people in the shop. Avoid.
