Very nice pub!Good food and not expensive at all!
On a day trip to Ely and stumbled across this gem when on the way to the Cathedral. Arrived at 12.30 and had a choice of tables. Very welcoming and clean. It soon filled up and got very busy by 1pm. Great selection on the menu. I had a chicken burger that had a spicy chicken and chorizo element, very tasty! Would definitely eat here again.
We had a brilliant lunch today and very reasonably priced too.Very friendly and accommodating staff.Large dog friendly area was a bonus.Will definitely be back soon.
The Minster has available many cask ales and is in every way, a pub in the great tradition. Having a few seating outdoors is also a nice feature on a sunny day. As the name suggests, the Cathedral is close by. One can sit outside and admire the structure over a tall cold one. :-)
