Very helpfull sales staff not to much stock to overwhelm you. Checked on Web site before visit.
Very very pleased with our car and subsequent service.
Awful service staff. My under warranty MOT resulted in me being called in and shown that a bulb wasn't fully pushed in by one of the desk staff. I was then repeatedly insulted because I "shouldn't be fitting a bulb if I don't know what I'm doing". Baring in mind I know how to fit a car lamp, it just hadn't fully clicked in. The car was then failed for this and I had to rebook only to have them fail it again. I was told that because I had purchased a bulb from somewhere other than the original manufacturer, it was an aftermarket modification and my warranty would be void! After an hour on the phone a manager was shocked to find they hadn't just clicked it into place and told me about it afterwards, but instead actually failed the car and made me miss another day's work.If you think this is a one off as I did, you would be very wrong. When taking my car in a few weeks later. I witnessed an elderly man saying to a member of desk staff he just wants the gearbox sorted on his brand new car as the problem has been going on for months. Another member of staff behind them SNAPPED! and said "do you want to know something... there is no fix for it." The elderly man said "yes there is, swap the car". He was then laughed at and told oh I don't think so. Now I know how to stand my ground but if I was an elderly person I can imagine this is not a nice situation to find yourself in.Would I let a friend buy a car from them? Hell no!
The salesman was truly awful. The used cars I looked at were either damaged, smelt of smoke or just generally in poor condition. When the issues were pointed out the salesman sarcastically asked if I was looking for new or used! Unhelpful and quite frankly couldn't care less about customer service.Wouldn't go back there again or recommend.Get your sales staff sorted EMG they are seriously letting you down!!!
Very helpful and they don't rip you off. If you think something may be wrong with your car and they investigate and there isn't anything they will tell you, they don't tell you there is just for the money. I've both brought a car from emg and regularly go for my mot/services there and in all matters they are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them.
