The male vet was exceptionally pleasant, patient and very caring. Sadly the same cannot be said for the reception staff. On arrival and departure the reception staff were unfriendly - I did not feel welcome and will seek another vet

Really friendly staff. They looked after my dog so well and his treatment was much cheaper here than anywhere else too. They don't rush you and seem genuinely interested in your pet and it's wellbeing. I've been to lots of vets over the years and I believe this practice is one of the best and definitely the best one in the Soham area.
