Very offhand and thoroughly rude assistant who really couldn't be bothered to smile or say one word more than was necessary. I only had a cake (which was nice) as couldn't bear to go through the coffee-ordering routine. I would have paid by contactless, but cash only, so had to tender a 20 note - when I said "sorry, I know it's horrible" she said "yes, it is" in a flat monotone. She then called out "goodbye" in a very sarcastic way.An inviting little shop made awful by the staff member in question. Definitely not part of our great service economy.

Limited seating which is outside on the platform. I've had staff be rude to me
Best Coffee on Ely station and most of the staff are warm and friendly never rude at all! Used this for over 12 years but no longer using public transport but still go occasionally to get my Caffeine fix
