Great staff. Usually not much of a wait. Friendly.
Dr told me 2 weeks ago he will write a letter to the physios to see my husband urgently. A week ago we saw him, he has not written the letter. He again said he will write the letter. I phoned again yesterday and today and it is still not done. Now I am being told he is only back on the 22nd and there is nothing on the records about the urgent letter.
I have moved from Ely and am going to miss this surgery. Lovely staff, always will see you if you need to be seen and great example of a good gp practice. Thanks for looking after us!
