Weve always had great service from all staff. Lovely Doctors, especially Dr Brixey and Dr Howard. The new email system is brilliant. When we first moved here a few years ago I was really sad to leave our old doctors surgery but Id absolutely nothing to worry about as weve been looked after equally as well. Keep up your brilliant work!
Waiting for blood test 2 hours... Nurse's only chating between one the other and thats it.. They dont care you need wait 2-3 hours for them more important chat together... Someone should start do something with this medical centre and nurse's ...
Avoid! The travel nurse gave me two life vaccines on the same day and another nurse refused to give me the hep A booster I needed. Ive now switched to another drs where they were happy to provide the booster. The staff at this practise need to be brought up to date on the latest medical guidelines.
Got into some bother with a repeat prescription of my oncology medication. The team went out of their way to help me out despite it being the weekend and their systems were down - fabulous, thank you!
Reception staff are usually very helpful. Unfortunately a couple of the doctors here are absolutely useless as are the midwives. Antenatal care here is terrible and one midwife in particular is extremely rude and unprofessional. They are totally out of touch with certain issues. I have been given incorrect and extremely unhelpful information on a few occasions. Luckily I questioned it, but some other person may not and get the wrong or unsatisfactory treatment! Trying to get an appointment for routine things can be difficult too. I rarely attend the doctors and I certainly wont bother with these anymore. Its been so bad that we are trying to find a new surgery that will allow us to register out of catchment.
