One of the ladies in the Pharmacy section is always rude and unhelpful. She had my mom in tears the last time she went. The rest of the staff is very good though.

Everybody from the reception to the nurses and GP's are brilliant here I have only good word's to say about everyone working here

I've only been a couple of times but I've only had very friendly staff and great care. It's quite busy so you have to expect delays and occasionally, people have bad days, even the doctors and nurses that help so many. Typical reviews are only from people that have had a bad experience.
