would not recommend at all. It's like being at Fawlty Towers. Check in was disorganised as was breakfast, I'm not a fan of cold toast!!
I didn't like the room I got but besides that it was a very plessend experience the staff is very friendly and helpful it is very clean and the food is good and plenty
Stayed for one night, was going to be two but it was so hot in the room that I could only take the one as I could not sleep. There was an inadequate fan in the cupboard which blew the hot air around and as far as I could tell from the PAT test label it had last been checked in 2014 so lucky it didn't blow up. Dated decor and rarely saw anyone on desk. Wouldn't return. Really needs some air con.

Good, inexpensive place to stay for a couple of nights bed and breakfast. Only a stones throw from the city centre. Helpful, friendly staff. Nice grounds with views of the golf course and excellent view of the Cathedral. Set in a nice, quiet area, just off the A10.
